We operate the website evna.me (the "Site"), the mobile application Evna (the "App"), as well as related aesthetic styling features and products (collectively, the "Services").
Our Services & Platform Scope
Evna is an AI-powered facial morphology, digital aesthetics, and hair design simulation platform provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The platform analyzes facial traits (including vertical facial thirds, gonial jaw angles, cheekbone prominence, and melanin undertones) to generate simulated haircut previews, style recommendations, and actionable 1-page hairstylist consultation cards.
Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license all source code, software, algorithms, designs, audio, video, text, and trademarks in the Services. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal aesthetic consultation.
Eligibility & Adult Requirement (18+)
The Services are strictly intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Evna uses artificial intelligence, computer vision, and neural diffusion models to generate synthetic hairstyle transformations based on user-uploaded images. All outputs are artistic visual simulations for styling planning and stylist communication.
User Uploads & Strict User Responsibility
Mandatory User Image Warranties:
- Sole Legal Responsibility: You are strictly and solely responsible for any photograph, image, prompt, or content you upload.
- Authentic Self-Portrait: You warrant that any photo submitted for facial analysis is an authentic photograph of yourself.
- No Third-Party Photos: Uploading photos of third parties without explicit written consent or celebrity likenesses is strictly prohibited.
Explicit Prohibition of Nudity & Prohibited Content
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Nudity is unconditionally prohibited. You may not upload photographs depicting full or partial nudity, exposed genitalia, breasts, buttocks, or sexually suggestive imagery. Violating uploads are rejected immediately and subject to permanent account termination.
Right to Refuse Processing & Account Termination
We reserve the unilateral and absolute right to refuse processing, block, reject, or immediately delete any photograph, prompt, or generated asset that in our sole discretion violates these Legal Terms or triggers automated safety filters, without prior notice or liability.
Purchases, Credits & Payments
We accept major credit cards processed securely by Stripe, Inc. All purchases of transformation credits and single look tokens are in US dollars and non-refundable due to immediate computing costs.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Annual subscriptions (such as Pro VIP at .99/year) renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer billing portal.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited conduct includes scraping, reverse engineering AI model weights, deploying automated bots, or utilizing our outputs to train competing machine learning models.
No Medical or Surgical Advice
Evna is a hairstyle visualization tool. Measurements and simulations are provided for aesthetic and hairstyling inspiration only, and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or plastic surgery advice.
Term and Termination
These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate access to any person for any violation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR ,799.00 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your uploaded photographs or use of the Services.
Governing Law & Florida Arbitration
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
