- Informed Consent: Before a photograph is analyzed, the upload flow asks you to affirm that you are an adult (18+), that the portrait is yours or you are authorized to submit it, and that you consent to the stated photo processing.
Biometric Data Retention & Permanent Destruction Schedule
写真と完成したレポートは、アカウントを削除するか、記載した非アクティブ期間が終了するまで保持します。削除時は再試行可能な手順で稼働中のシステムからデータを除去します。アクセス制限付きバックアップと事業者の記録には各保存期間が適用され、法令・税務・決済上必要な記録は別途保持する場合があります。
