- Sole User Responsibility: You are strictly and solely responsible for all images, files, and prompts you upload.
- Authentic Self-Portrait: You warrant that any uploaded photo is an authentic photograph of yourself and that you have all legal rights to upload it.
- No Third-Party / Celebrity Spoofing: Uploading photos of third parties without written authorization or celebrity likenesses is forbidden.
- Explicit Prohibition of Nudity: Any depiction of full or partial nudity, exposed genitalia, breasts, buttocks, or sexually suggestive imagery is strictly forbidden.
- Right of Refusal: Evna reserves the unilateral right to refuse processing, reject, or immediately delete any non-compliant image and suspend violating accounts.
Ephemeral Storage & 24-Hour Auto-Purge
Raw uploaded source photos and intermediate diffusion latents are stored in private Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 buckets with public access completely blocked, and are automatically permanently purged after 24 hours. Only user-saved stylist cards and finalized lookbooks persist in your private gallery.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Presigned media URLs expire in 15 minutes to guarantee zero public exposure.

Evna is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store facial biometrics or personal data belonging to minors.
